APRICOT GLAZE

Apricot and rhubarb bbq sauce/glaze is perfect for all your bbq and smoking endeavors. Don't be fooled by the fruity nature, get out a pastry brush and lather this baby over everything - light protein like chicken, pork and seafood is fantastic but also vegetables in the oven such as cauliflower and pumpkin will love it. And if you like aioli with chips try mixing this little number with Kewpie and dip away.

SPICED PLUM SAUCE

Sweet and savory this sauce lends itself to so many uses including as a glaze on duck, adding to rice paper rolls or even as a marinade over chicken or pork. Made from local plums you cannot go wrong.

CRAB APPLE JELLY

This sweet and spicy little number is perfect with cheese boards, turkey sandwiches, a glaze for pork roasts, you are really only limited by your imagination.

BOYSENBERRY JAM

Beautiful in season berries combined with vanilla and lemon - simple but delicious. Amazing on a good sourdough but don't feel limited to the basics, add some to muffin mix for some seriously great baking, add a spoonful over your greek yogurt at breakfast or on pancakes and ice cream.

BLUEBERRY JAM

Blueberries and lemon, such a simple but amazing combination. Drizzle over scones with cream, waffles and ice cream or add to cake mix to really impress.

GIN MY JAM

Heritage green gage plums, raspberries and rhubarb with some of the amazing Teddy & The Fox gin from Ballerine Distillery (seriously good gin!) OMG this is so good! I have been known to eat it right from the jar with a spoon. It is that good.

BLACKBERRY, APPLE & RHUBARB JAM

With fresh picked fruits from local gardens this jam is naturally sweet with amazing flavors that are enhanced by a good hit of Big Tree Distillery’s elegant dry gin. This Jam just screams Autumn in the Macedon Ranges.

TREAT YO SELF

Seriously amazing this spiced fig and rum sauce is what dreams are made of! Pour it over goat cheese on sourdough, vanilla bean ice cream, skip the dates and use this to create a sticky fig pudding or get adventurous and drizzle over tiramisu. You are only limited by your imagination. *Please note this is a limited season item only made while figs are in season and at their finest.

DOUBLE VANILLA EXTRACT

Also known as Bakers vanilla this amazingly potent and aromatic extract is made using Organic Australian Vanilla beans and Makers Mark whiskey. There is no cheaping out on the good stuff, it takes both great ingredients and time to make something this good!

SERIOUSLY GOOD PASTA SAUCE

Take the effort out of making amazing meals and give this a go! Made using roasted tomatoes, eggplant, garlic & capsicum, sauteed onions, carrots and zucchini - all hidden from sight so those fussy eaters wont see them there. All ingredients are local with most of the vegetables from my own garden - this sauce is packed with flavor as well as goodness.

Please be aware that each batch is a microbrew and made from local in season produce so the flavors can vary and some items are only available in limited runs.
